Selfcare is the act of pouring into you, in whatever way that brings you joy and protecting your well being, it's a necessity to live a balanced and healthy life. The beautiful thing is, it’s not one-size-fits-all. What fuels one person may not work for another.  For example, For example, some people find cooking therapeutic, while for me, I see it as work work and more work.

  3. Enjoy a Nutritious Meal: There’s something deeply caring about preparing (or treating yourself to) a healthy, satisfying meal. Food isn’t just fuel for your body, it nourishes your mind and soul too.

And if finding time to sit with a book feels overwhelming, podcasts are a wonderful alternative. You can listen while commuting, cooking, or folding laundry.
