Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days within the U.S.

  • Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.

  • Tracking: Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is coming soon! Free shipping on $100+ orders.


 

Returns & Exchanges

  • You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

  • For hygiene reasons, slippers and laundry bags cannot be returned.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at cozy@bcozyluxe.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the next steps.


Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable.


Lost Items

BcozyLuxe is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping provider directly to file a claim. Be sure to keep all original packaging and documentation for reference.
