Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days within the U.S.

Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.

Tracking: Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is coming soon! Free shipping on $100+ orders.
Returns & Exchanges

You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

For hygiene reasons, slippers and laundry bags cannot be returned.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at cozy@bcozyluxe.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the next steps.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Lost Items
BcozyLuxe is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping provider directly to file a claim. Be sure to keep all original packaging and documentation for reference.
